Welcome to FRL Inc. (“FRL”, “ForReal”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the FRL platform, including all associated products, services, and features (the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

7. Payment and Monetization

If you are a creator or affiliate using the Services to monetize content or engage in promotional activities, you agree to the following:

• Payments are processed through FRL’s integrated payment system and may be subject to transaction fees.

• You will be paid according to the agreed-upon schedule (e.g., monthly or upon reaching a minimum threshold), and payments will be made to the payment method you have provided.

• You are responsible for any taxes related to your earnings, and you must ensure that your payment details are kept up-to-date.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

FRL may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in inappropriate activity. You may terminate your account by following the instructions provided on the Services.

Upon termination, your access to certain features of the Services may be restricted, and you may lose access to your account and any associated data.

12. Limitation of Liability

FRL is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or availability of the Services.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of Delaware. If you are located outside of Delaware, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delaware.

14. Force Majeure

FRL will not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, or government actions.

15. Export Control

You agree to comply with all applicable U.S. and international export laws, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. embargo and are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

16. Use of Content in the Services

Not all products or services may be available to all users or in all regions. The content on the Services, including product descriptions and availability, is subject to change without notice.

17. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice

20. Entire Agreement
